Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and mk303 ("mk303", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mk303 online betting and gaming platform available at mk303.pro and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2Eligibility

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To open and maintain an mk303 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of mk303, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, corporation, or legal entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

2.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Bans

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from the mk303 Platform, or if you have requested a voluntary cooling-off period, you are not eligible to register a new account or access the Platform until the exclusion period has formally expired and your account has been reinstated through our support team. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent exclusion and referral to relevant authorities.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Platform's real-money features, you must complete the mk303 registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and your preferred local bank account or e-wallet details for transaction processing.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold no more than one active mk303 Account at any time. If mk303 identifies that a Member holds or has held more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — mk303 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts. Any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mk303 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. mk303 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mk303 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mk303 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, mk303 may require you to submit valid identity documentation, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or SIM)
• Proof of current residential address in Indonesia (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of account holder name matching your registered name)
• In certain cases, a selfie photograph holding your ID document

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold. mk303 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not been successfully verified.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mk303 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

mk303 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, international wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. Payment method availability may vary based on your account verification status and may be updated by mk303 from time to time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

mk303 applies minimum and maximum transaction limits to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. mk303 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice. Members who consistently operate near maximum transaction thresholds may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your mk303 Account within five minutes of confirmed payment receipt. mk303 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure, including scheduled bank maintenance windows, public holidays observed by Bank Indonesia, or technical outages at the member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members are processed by mk303 with a target clearance time of under three minutes for standard IDR transfers to supported local banks and e-wallets. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the mk303 Account holder.
• mk303 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard IDR transfers to supported local banks and e-wallets. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond mk303's control.
• mk303 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed internal thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
• Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being satisfied prior to processing.

4.5 Refusal of Transactions

mk303 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including in cases where fraud is suspected, KYC requirements have not been met, or the transaction appears inconsistent with the Member's usual account activity. Where a transaction is declined, mk303 will communicate the reason to the Member via their registered email address or live chat, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict disclosure.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mk303 operates a range of promotional programmes including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and the BRI Liga 1 season. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. mk303 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, or payment method used.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a Member's account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• mk303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. As a general reference:

• Sports betting markets and sportsbook wagers typically carry a lower wagering contribution weighting than casino games.
• Certain game types — including togel draws and low-margin live dealer games — may be excluded from bonus wagering or carry a reduced contribution percentage.
• Bets placed at odds below a specified minimum threshold (as stated in the promotion terms) may not qualify toward wagering requirement fulfillment.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mk303 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine engagement, exploiting software errors or display glitches, and colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, mk303 will void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and may permanently terminate the Member's account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

A wager is not accepted until the Platform has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. mk303 reserves the right to refuse any wager, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the bet will be void and any staked amount returned to the Member's account.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds and market lines displayed on the mk303 Sportsbook are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Once a wager has been confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds recorded at that moment are final and binding. mk303 is not responsible for discrepancies arising from display errors on the Member's device caused by browser caching or network latency.

6.3 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void and the staked amount returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated void-if-no-result timeframe; the event is manifestly decided under irregular circumstances (e.g., match-fixing findings by the relevant sporting body); or the odds were published due to a manifest error significantly deviating from market consensus at the time of placement.

6.4 Responsible Use of Gaming Features

mk303 offers a wide range of products including sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot machines, togel, bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian domino-based card game), and esports betting. All products are provided for entertainment purposes. The Company encourages Members to use the Platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and session time reminders — available at all times from the account dashboard after mk303 login.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mk303 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mk303.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to obscure your true geographic location or identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers on the Platform without prior written consent from mk303.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption that affects the outcome of an event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Members, casino operators, or game studios to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using mk303 for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mk303 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or odds without written authorisation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the mk303 Platform — including but not limited to the mk303 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mk303 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from mk303.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the mk303 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Game content made available through mk303's studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is governed by the respective studio's intellectual property rights and is licensed to mk303 for distribution on the Platform. These studios retain all proprietary rights in their respective game titles and associated assets.

9Privacy & Data

mk303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to mk303 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC purposes, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service communications.

mk303 applies TLS 1.3 transport encryption and AES-256 at-rest encryption to all personal and financial data processed on the Platform. While mk303 employs industry-standard security measures, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely immune to external threats. You acknowledge this inherent limitation when using the Platform.

mk303 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (KYC verification partners, payment processors, licensed game studios) strictly for the purpose of delivering Platform services, and only under binding data processing agreements that require equivalent standards of data protection.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

mk303 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond mk303's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. mk303 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the Platform or by email.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mk303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if mk303 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 Cap on Liability

Where mk303's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mk303's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Wagers placed by you during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10.4 No Warranty

The mk303 Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. mk303 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

11Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your mk303 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@mk303.pro. Before closure, you must withdraw all available Real Money funds from your account balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the Member's request.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by mk303

mk303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request from the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, mk303 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the Member. Where wrongdoing is established, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12Amendments

mk303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mk303 will provide notification through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification banner displayed upon your next mk303 login, or an email to your registered email address.

The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date stated in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1.

13Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it — including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mk303 holds its international gaming licence. mk303 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to full compliance with applicable licence conditions, including requirements relating to player protection, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming.

In the event of a dispute between you and mk303 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by mk303's licensing authority. Full details of the applicable escalation pathway are available upon request from our customer support team.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
